Captain America's Shield appears midway in both Iron Man (film) and Iron Man 2.In the first movie,It appears as a easter egg when Tony is caught changing by Pepper Potts.

Iron Man 2[]

In the second film,S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phil Coulson found a prototype of Cap's Shield in Howard Stark's crate.In a comic book tie-in,it's said that Howard Stark created the Shield and Tony used the alloy of the shield for his Iron Man.For the toyline of both Iron Man movies,there is a toy called Captain America Armor.

The Incredible Hulk[]

Captain America and his shield appears in a deleted opening scene of the Incredible Hulk.Bruce Banner goes to an artic glacier to commit suicide.Banner fails and becomes the Hulk.As the Hulk,he smashes the glacier which shows a buried human figure and a shield.
